Subprocessor List

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

Version 1.0

VelocIQ LLC uses the third-party service providers listed below to operate, deliver, and support the VelocIQ platform. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations requiring appropriate protection of any customer data they process on VelocIQ’s behalf.

1. Current Subprocessors

This list covers subprocessors that may process Authorized Data as defined in the VelocIQ Data Access Authorization. Internal tooling, development tools, and services that do not process customer communications data are not listed.

1.1 Microsoft Azure

Service: Cloud infrastructure, storage, database, authentication, and email delivery

Data processed: Communications Data, Derived Intelligence, access tokens, consent records, briefing content

Retention and notes: VelocIQ’s primary application storage and database resources are located in the West US 3 region. Azure Blob Storage with AES-256 encryption at rest and 14-day soft-delete. Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server with 7-day point-in-time recovery. Azure Key Vault for credential and secret management. Azure Communication Services uses its separately configured data geography for transactional email delivery and may process data through Microsoft’s global service infrastructure. Microsoft’s data processing terms apply.

1.2 Anthropic

Service: AI processing for signal detection, briefing generation, relationship scoring, and intelligence output

Data processed: Communications Data submitted as prompts; Derived Intelligence returned as outputs

Retention and notes: Inputs and outputs are ordinarily deleted within 30 days under Anthropic’s standard commercial API terms. Anthropic may retain data longer where required to enforce its Usage Policy, comply with law, or support a feature with a different documented retention period. Anthropic does not use commercial API inputs or outputs to train general-purpose AI models by default, and VelocIQ does not opt customer data into model-training or feedback programs. Zero Data Retention arrangements may be available for eligible API configurations. Anthropic’s commercial data processing terms apply.

2. Microsoft 365 Integration

VelocIQ uses the Microsoft Graph API as the read-only interface through which it accesses customer-authorized Microsoft 365 data. Microsoft Graph access is governed by the permissions granted by the Authorizing Party’s tenant administrator and by the Authorizing Party’s existing Microsoft 365 agreement. Microsoft is not listed as a subprocessor in this context because Graph API access operates on source data already held under the customer’s own Microsoft 365 subscription and data processing terms.

3. Subprocessor Updates

VelocIQ will update this page when material subprocessors are added, removed, or changed. Customers who have executed a Data Access Authorization or Founding Client Agreement with VelocIQ will be notified of material subprocessor changes by email to their Designated Representative no less than 30 days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

To object to a subprocessor change or to request additional information about any subprocessor listed above, contact VelocIQ at admin@velociq.ai.
